Toolnest respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws, including the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

Filing a notice

If you believe content on text-here.com infringes your copyright, email daradeshivaji293@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. The exact URL of the page containing the material.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every complete notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material promptly and inform the person who provided it, if known.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake.

Files you process with our tools

Images and text you process with our tools stay on your device and are never uploaded to or hosted on our servers, so we cannot access or remove them. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you process.
